In the event of a thermal runaway, the container needs to complete the following tasks:

To be able to pull the object(s) inside the container without outside help in a range of different scenarios

Be able to be filled and hold 36” of water for a period of two weeks without leaking

To be a simple and effective design for ease of use in a high stress scenario

To be able to be transportable from location to location
